Duncan brings considerable lifelong experience to Craigavon, having held senior positions in finance and accounting, operations, strategic planning, turnarounds and merger integration.
He has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Vancouver Coastal Health and Alberta Health Services, as well as, for a specialist retail chain.
He has worked as an executive level consultant for Deloitte, Gemini Consulting, PwC Consulting and IBM. Duncan has extensive experience in leading and successfully delivering transformational change for a diverse range of industries including healthcare, forest and paper, financial services, manufacturing and retail.
The former Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Systems Development & Performance for Vancouver Coastal Health, serving over one million British Columbians, Duncan was brought into VCH in 2008 to build and lead a team to overcome a serious fiscal crisis.
Over the next five years Duncan and the executive team developed and implemented a turnaround plan which resulted in turning a 2008 $42 million dollar operating deficit into a $70 million dollar operating surplus in 2012/2013.

Yuriy Melnyk combines the roles of Project Manager at BC Renal Network and Health Administration Analyst at Craigavon Enterprises Ltd.
Yuriy’s background spans political science, journalism, project management and health administration. He has lived and worked in Europe, Central and North America for a variety of public and private organizations, and has a native or near-native understanding of cultures in these regions, along with fluency in four languages.
In his current position, Yuriy helps a distributed provincial network of kidney care-related clinical, administrative and technical committees drive the development and implementation of standardized care pathways, guidelines and tools for health care providers and people living with kidney disease. He also co-administers a $2M fund allocated to provincial and regional quality improvement initiatives in kidney care.

Kerry Campbell is a dedicated project manager supporting both Craigavon Enterprises as their Project Manager (part time) and as the Regional Project Manager for Infection Prevention and Control at Vancouver Coastal Health (full time).
Kerry is a results-driven leader with years of diverse experience supporting complex and large-scale health projects across the continuum (pre-hospital through to community). Through co-designing with a multi-disciplinary team, she has been able to build, implement and evaluate initiatives that address systemic health problems. Most recently, she has led various projects to support the COVID-19 response at Vancouver Coastal Health. Kerry’s career has been built around improving the quality and safety of care provided to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients. Overall, these project successes have resulted in awards and nominations for several projects, as well as, three publications in national health care journals.

Kim is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance and strategic management. She previously worked as a Senior Associate at CPP Investments in direct equity investments within the Sustainable Energies Group, where she honed her expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management. Kim also has experience working in the Office of the Chief Investment Strategist at CPP Investments, where she demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills, driving organizational success to implement the key initiatives and long-term vision of the Senior Executives. Kim is a CFA Charterholder.
